The fact is some people who travel for pleasure get no pleasure from it at all. Others, who travel because they must travel, have a lot of fun doing it. What makes one trip more enjoyable than another？

It is not hard to get a passport, but you should ask for one a few months before you begin your journey. To get one, you must have your birth certificate or another legal document to prove that you are a citizen. You will probably also need to bring a few photographs of yourself and some money. Sometimes you need a visa to visit a country. If a visa is necessary you can ask for one at the country's embassy. Sometimes getting a visa takes many months, so it is very important to plan early. Correct Customers occasionally want something they are not entitled to or that you

43 sound preachy. Instead, the safest path is to use neutral and objective
44 language to explain that why the claim must be refused. Sometimes you may

in your products or organization.

Then why am I able to write about computers？ I can write on this subject because of these shortcomings. The last two years of learning has been a hard test for me. By hard work I have managed to learn enough to use computers fairly well, and to work with people who know a great deal more than I. Since I have learned all this at such personal cost, I would like to share my know-ledge with others. More and more people want to know about computers, and want to know quickly.

Second, it is really not hard to learn enough to use today's machines. You do not need to be a great brain. But you do have to learn to think in new ways. And you do have to keep a good bit of information in your head. Finally, there are many people around who are really enthusiastic (热心的) about computers. These people are always happy to be of help.
