M: I am sorry, Miss Carneige. In fact, we have finished fixing most part of the machine last Friday. But the power was off on Monday because of overuse of wire. Then we had to get the wire replaced on Tuesday. But I promise that the machines will be ready by tomorrow.

F: OK, I hope it's no later than Thursday. You know, we are going to start a new office on Friday, so we need these photocopiers to start work. I'll call back and look into it again tomorrow morning.

M: Fine. I might be out tomorrow morning. If I am not here, speak to Mr Patridge, my assistant about it. He knows everything. I am sure he'll be of help.

F: Is that P-A-T-R-E-D-G-E?

M: No, that's P-A-T-R-I-D-G-E. He's new here, but he is a nice guy.

MSR Snowshoes are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship without time limit. Return shipping charges to the consumer for repaired products are covered. Should a product be found defective under this warranty, we will repair it or replace it at our option.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. Products purchased from an independent dealer should be returned to the dealer for forwarding to MSR. Shipping cost to MSR is the responsibility of the purchaser.

As my watch (model: 5M43-0B19, S/N: 6D8256) was clearly in need of repair, I recently took it to the Lexington Repair Center where the defective components in the watches are repaired. To my surprise, my request for the repairs to be billed to your company was declined in spite of the fact that there are still three years remaining in the coverage period. As there are no other authorized service centers in my area, I decided to pay for the repairs myself.
