Dear students and parents,

The Baltimore Language Institute has been established for 15 years and offers courses in over 20 different languages from Europe, Asia and Africa. Our qualified tutors are native speakers, and tutoring is available at all levels, from beginners to advanced. At present, we offer tutoring in elementary, high school, and college-level French and German.

I have 20 years of experience teaching in private and public schools, including 10 years of experience in the tutoring industry. I offer the following services to students:

Beginner' s French and German

Intermediate French and German

Advanced French

French for business

All instruction includes practice in conversation, reading and writing.

Tutoring schedules are designed to meet the needs of the individual student.

Tuition fees are reasonable compared to other language institutes.

Groups of 10 or more students pay 30% less per person.

Dear Mr. Farina:

I received your purchase order yesterday, and I need to go over a few items with you. Please call me as soon as you receive this letter. April 16 is coming soon and I have not been able to reach you to discuss the order. Have you received my voicemail messages？ We normally need ten days between receiving a purchase order and filling it. You must pay an express service charge of $100 in order to have the order filled by April 16.

I've checked with our suppliers, and we can provide 300 pounds of shrimp and 250 pounds of salmon at the present time. We will provide the remainder as soon after April 16 as possible, if that suits you.

Finally, a correction needs to be made to the shipping/handling fee on the purchase order.
